C75 problems: error 041-346 and toner cartridges false

    Hi, I have a Xerox C75 press and am receiving a fault code that I can't get rid of and can't find anywhere. It is code #041-346. The machine is also saying that all of the toner cartridges are reading "false". Any ideas what's going on and how to fix? Thanks.

    041-346 IOT Driver PWB Fuse F3, connected to the Pre Registration Motor power, is open.

    Enter the component code: 41-203 MD IO F3 Fuse Status = High
