c560 getting black spots sprays over all on the sheet

    first, i apologize my english.

    my c560 getting black spots sprays over all on the sheet both print and copy. (very smaller black and non print area)
    it looks very dirty. i have changed a new black developer and drum, it not work.
    anyone have suggestions about fix the problem?
