Hi,
I'm having an issue with colors not being proper when I print on my c5185 with H1 RIP. For example, I most recently printed a document with a teal color in it, and it came out dark blue. Earlier I printed something with a medium red border and it came out brown. I regularly do the full gradation process, which makes the colors come out different, but not accurate. Any suggestions for how I can get this back to normal.
I'm very interested in solving this, would love to purchase a denisitometer (sp?) and use that to solve it, if there is anyone out there who is familiar with that process I'd greatly appreciate your help.
Thank you,
Morgan
