C1+ Clear Toner looks dirty

Hello, we have been trying to coat an entire piece of paper using the coating option on the C1+. When we do this, the clear toner prints as a dirty/greyish color. How can we fix this or is it suppose to look like this? We have the T1 Rip if that effects anything.

How are you actually applying the clear coat? 1-pass or 2-pass?
