Brother MFC-9335CDW smudging paper

    Dear Experts

    Friend of mine send me the attached photos showing that his Brother printer MFC-9335CDW smudging papers.

    The black toner cartridge was bought few months back and he bought the genuine one
    What could be the cause for this problem ?
