Hi everyone, I'm running a 2021 CD 102. We run NON integrated, UV INKS. Is there any way to keep the bridge roller from bouncing around and vibrating so much. I tried setting the knurled screw to the block, then I tried half turn in either direction. Nothing working. Could it possibly be the plate clamp hitting the water form and bouncing the bridge. that particular unit seems to get water up to the fountain ball and impress goes crazy up and down.

something is very wrong if any of your rollers are hitting the plate clamp.

Hi Jack, what stripe thickness would you put the water form to matte chrome. we run with Vario on. I'm also trying to prevent too much water into the rollers. The U.V. ink doesnt like it. I dont have air curtains on this press
