books for understanding printing

Hello. I am a newbie to printing. I have just joined a company that does offset printing, digital printing, engraving, screen printing, large format printing etc.

Whilst the staff are generally friendly and answer questions that I ask, I would like to learn on my own too. Can you suggest books that I can read to get an understanding of everything printing?
