Hi all, we've been recently having problems with our blanket washes on our xl75 2009.
The wash-up will clean the whole blanket nicely but they are now leaving about an inch of ink on the front edge of the blanket (grip edge) this is now getting worse and worse! Any suggestions will be appreciated.

    Is this a timing issue?

All units or just 1 unit? Have you tried increasing the % and/or revolution count?

Where are you getting your towels from?

Thanks for the reply, this is happening on all units. I've played around with the wash programmes, as in adding more water/spirt, more revolutions and less water/spirt, less revolutions. And it's still doing it!!

Is it slightly worse on one side? If so, prob pneumatics need changing. H'berg have got an advisory about oil getting into the valves.

Hi Steve F, yes it is! There's more ink left on the D.S side. Where can I find this information and am I able to sort the problem my self or is it a call out jobby?

Don't think you'll find any info out on the advisories, not on the internet anyways :)
We're on contract so just called them out.
