Black toner on SRA3 print Canon IRA C9060 Pro

Hi,

I'm new to digital printing.

I bought a used C9060 at an auction the other day and when I got it in my shop an did some test printing i notice a black line of toner all the way along the long side on SRA3 print. It's on both side when printing duplex. It's only when printing SRA3, not normal A3.

I have no service contract on it that's why I ask here.
