Hello everyone,
I have some problems with my dc 252, more specific, black lines (stripes), about 3 cm wide, all along the printed paper.
i tried reinstalling Fiery, cleaning all insinde the printer (xerox tech), replace of tanks, lasers cleaned, but the problem is still there.
I tried 100% cmyk , 4 different prints, and it is ok, no stripes appeared.
they appear, like in the pictures i attached, at the same spor, everytime, same width and length.
i tried different color profiles, and paper types, and fusers, and cylinders.
If someone had this problem too, hope a solution was found.
Please, help.
i cannot print anything right, and it's become a painful stress.
