Black paper through QM 46-2

Greetings,

I am trying to print on black Touché cover, and the sensor in the feeder keeps giving a late sheet indication. I can't get one sheet thru. It will feed white cover with no problem. I have run this material before, but no luck now. Anyone have any thoughts ?

I have adjusted sheet arrival time, pile height, replaced suckers, checked infeed wheels, tried different tail spring positions, cleaned the sensor, and changed press speed.

I didn´t check that mentioned before, but check vacuum hose also. Mine was so old and brittle that it leaked.
