Big Mottling in Pantone solid area [help]

Hi,
We have some problems recently with "mottling" or simply not homogenous solid areas. It is mainly visible on Pantone colors (or maybe in conjunction with printing unit#5?). CMYK looks good.

Any ideas?

Details: Press: Manroland r205e 2006
Ink: Huber
Fountain: Substifix 3% + IPA
Paper: GC1
Blankets: Day3610
Plates: Fuji Pro-V
