Bible paper

I'm looking for the best type of web press for printing thin bible paper.
22 to 18 pound.
Would like to use 3 to 4 webs to help cut down on number of signatures.
Using a v30 4 web presently with a double parallel fold.
The v30 works good, but it is cold set and we see a lot of tracking from the compensator rollers.
This is the only web press I've worked on so I'm looking for suggestions from those who've worked with thin paper before. We are in the market to purchase a web press specifically to print Bibles.
