 I print optical ballots for the county. Every time it is a huge struggle to get and hold registration. I have been using a silvermatser III plate because that is what I have equipment for. I have a Mitsubihi CP150 plate maker. I do have a plate burner but no way to shoot and develop negatives. I am in a very rural area of Montana (hard to find one that isn't lol) so resources are limited as well as funds to buy new equipment. Is there anyone that would make negatives for me from digital files? I have stripped a lot of flats in my former life so that, burning and developing plates is not a problem. I am running a Itek 3985 (Ryobi 3302)

Just a thought, not sure its a good one... You might be better off, finding a printer who will output plates for you on metal.. work out a deal with them. We just switched to CTP because negs are so tough to get.
