BaumPrint 18 feed Table

I have a 2014 Baum Print 18 ( Printmaster 46) and I am trying to figure out why the feed table stopped coming up while running. I tried relacing a small switch next to the crank shaft but did not do anything. I have a "parts" press so i probably have what I need. I am just not certain what the problem is. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.
 
Fixed! Small piston not pushing a lever that drives a "dog" (gear). Was stock in the up position on the drive side of the press.
