BAUM 2020 Autoset folder w/pile feed

Hi everybody , I have a problem with parallel plate set up in the CPU PPC-5350GS, in two of the four plates i can't to get a cero, i did a process according with the manual.(Maintenance>> password>>Home>>set>> Refresh Values). but in the Parallel plate 1 and 2 , when touch Home after finish the set up, the value is incremental and never reach the cero value.

I hope somebody can to help me.

Hi sir:

Test inside the Flat or ribbon cable, or course the connectors pins, for dirty, corrosion, or bend.
By other side look carefully the electronic board for touch, for Dry or Colder solder joints( Reheating).
Finally see if the sensor is Good, for dirty, defective, or loose connector, or corroded, or broken cable. or sensor Failure.
