Anyone else have the problem that when you change the yellow, the entire sheet starts getting casted with yellow and you have to change the bottle out again to make it go away? 3 of my last 7 yellows caused this. When I go to another yellow it fixes it. Is it just bad toner? Or is something wrong with the machine?

Is it just yellow? we have not had bad toner but we have had bad lables on the bottles..try swapping the barcode on the ink bottle that worked to a bottle that casts the sheet..

Alright, so when I went to clean out my vacuum manifolds, the yellow station was just completely caked from stem to stern. Every section was full of yellow toner, so I think it's the press, but the question becomes what is the cause? Why is my press over inking so much on the yellow?

Could be a dirty or malfunctioning toner concentration sensor.
