[ASK] is the QM46 plate's with the SM52 plate's are the same kind??

i want to ask about the QM46 plates is it the same like the SM52?? not the size?but the kind?thickness?made of??

because i've been looking in my country and haven't found any yet,and i haven't seen the QM46 machine in my country also,is it hard to maintain or operate it??

But if u handle it "by hand" it can be different, depends on your equipment and manufacturer.
