We use the amsky tiffdownload we are having a issue where we can not open then load and unload to clear errors. Now nothing happens. I tryed uninstalling the software and reinstalling still same problem.

Dear, we have been users of your Aurora u864 Ctp for a long time, we are facing a problem:
“ Result code 0X77f1, state of the sensor corresponde whit HC press bar is illegal, when loading/unloading plate.”
could you tell us what it is?
In recent days we had managed to make it work by blowing a bit of compressed air (very light) on the various sensors and the machine had repaired normally for 2 consecutive days.
unfortunately this system no longer worked, and we are now waiting for the technicians to intervene.
...but in the near future we would like to be able to understand what the problems are and, if small, resolve them.
