Any help please ! White Spot On Cyan Using Xerox C70 Pro

Good Morning,
I have a repetitive white spot on test page Cyan with any type of Paper when using the Xerox Color C70 Pro
Picture Is in attachement.
ROS is clean
Drum are New
IBT belt is new
Fuser is New
Devellopper unit is used but look OK
IF anyone encounter this situation before and have a solution please Help.

Look at the magnetic roll from developer unit.

please I need your help on xerox 4112 EPS, the printer print really well when I first tested, but since then I am having Constant paper jam without any error showing just at the left corner door, anytime I issued a print command I heard a sound then there will be paper jam at the left door at the corner side , I don't know what to do if its the paper settings or what ever it is I cannot figure it out
