How do you cope with accumulation of anti setoff powder/paper lint on blankets? -besides the obvious extra washes-
Is there a special powder for waterless litho or you print one side turn paper then run it again witout inking?

This is going to sound basic... Use as little powder as possible, also use the 23 micron powder.

  • Thing is when i turn 2mm less from setting of 1 i get setoff, when i put it at 1 blanket after 800 sheets depending on job needs cleaning -though there could be an issue with spray device if it oversprays but i have no idea how to check it-
