Amsky CTCP Machine

I am using an Amsky plate processing machine for industrial purposes. I have recently started to encounter problems with the HotspotBoard installed in the machine. The card/board supports 64 channels which is now currently working on 32 channels. I am quite tense as I am unable to arrange any technical support for the same in my country, India, of operation. I would request the respective team member to get in touch with me so that I can resolve the problem asap and get the machine running again.
