alcosmart AZR, error 7, 8, 9 by cycle

Hi!

We have a trouble with technotrans "alcosmart AZR AutoZero Calibration + CANopen"
After warming up, the first line of the display shows "IPA --.-%", and the second line shows messages in a circle: "ERROR 07", "ERROR 08", "ERROR 09" and "**IPA > 18% **".

I don't have any instructions for this device (the device was bought a few years before I started working and seems to be used).

Can someone help me with this?

What is technotrans unit type? Send a photo from tecnotrans unit name plate.

Can you see if the circulation pump runs once the unit has turned ON?

Then check if dampening solution ciculates in alcosmart. Open the lead and then you can look through in.
