anyone sick of taking the side panel off to to repair the air lines.

Can't say I've ever changed more than one (it had a pinhole which made an intense whistle when operated) but sounds like they've gone brittle. The lines are cheap enough to make it worth repiping the whole thing.

something that I tried, cutting the end of the hoses. Looks like the hoses are being perferated by the quick release connectors. And yes, the hoses are old. but not really brittle. So from now on if one pops, I will snip all hose and reconnect the lines. thanks for you input. Richard!

ive seen this happen when your not drying your compressed air. Seems that just draining the condensate out of the system at the regulator trap is not enough to rid the entire system of unwanted moisture. If you dont have a dryer installed right after your compressed air source id strongly suggest it.
