against grain on indigo 7800

paper company sent us the wrong grain will not flip in delivery any ideas what to do, running it to the proof tray now want it to get back to stacker

 

New belts, new suction cups, check stacker gears and belts stretch, clean all paper path and MAYBE it will work with stacking to stacker tray. Depends on paper.

 

Well, you need to lead with that. Most of the time I get to print with paper against grain and sometimes it's a pain to do it but you get used to it and learn some tricks while working with them. By the way you better keep printing to the proof tray with that paper instead of figuring out how to make it through the stacker, because it will only make you waste your time.
