Advice of experts in digital printing and heat transfers needed...

Hi to all of you.
I have a problem and need advice:
I need to print short runs of heat transfer foil for aplication on plastic jars and bottles. It has to be in roll. So digital printing is a way to go, at least i think it is.
So what kind of printing machine could do this? Print must be in color, and as i said before, substrate is PET film, so it can be heat transferred on plastics.
Where to buy this transfer film rolls? Which printing machine to choose?
Any good advice would be very very appreciated... Thks in advance...
