Adjusting The Upper Feed Roller on Ryobi 3200 MCD

    I had a piece of very heavyweight cardboard go through the feed and got stuck when trying to eject it, now the upper feed roller does not turn when you try to feed anything else. I have a service manual but can't seem to find an adjustment to lower the feed roller.

    hello printman we have a3302 and the feed roll adjustment is on gear side[ right] next to feed roll shaped like a coin
    there are also springs underneath that atatch to head stop check those

    We set our feed roller to 1 1/2 revolutions for bond and 1 1/4 for card, maybe another click for thicker.
