adjusting the Bottom cylinder Grippers on A hamada rs34ll

The paper grippers on the bottom cylinder are not spring back closed all the way so the paper is not making it in to the gripper bars. The four springs in the bottom cylinder are not broke. Can anyone tell what i need to adjust to get the grippers on the cylinder to spring back closed all the way? Anyone have a service manual on the adjustment they could share?
