Accumalator pump on Technotrans system

Our pump went out on the accumalator tank and there is a backorder in Germany to get a new one. I went to Home Depot and purchased a Everbilt 1/3 HP sump pump for around $120.00 This pump comes with a float. I removed the burned up pump, but left the high level sensor on top of tank. The switch for the pump is in the float. You have to fiddle with the height of the pump to allow it to come on and go off. Trial and error so to speak. Once you establish the right level. then the pump performs as well as the original pump. This is getting us thru until the replacement pump ever comes in. I have benefitted alot from this forum and wanted to return the favor to anyone with similar situation. The cost of the new pump is around 1500.00. Carry on guys
