I am brand new to these forums! Great place...been doing some great reading!

Of course, the way you find stuff is to have problems, and I am having some toning and buildup problems...see the pdf attached.

This just recently started within the last month for some reason.
I have changed blankets, checked all pressures...don't know what happened.

ANY help or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Pre-thanks!

looks like your ink has emulsified, try adding either 1 capful of font solution only to the font or even just running water straight from the tap to cure the first problem, the second problem ive also had and it was a bearing in the varn unit

using straight water and try using gold miracle ,,a cap or two,,,,will work for the tone issue
Also if i understand you right the build up is on the lead edge of the blanket cylinder,,
Jump the plate cylinder a couple of teeth in the reverse direction,,of the blanket cyclinder,

Also is the kompac stripes set correct??
check the bearing in the meetering roller like plotter said above
    you fourm rollers correct?? strip//pressure???
