Ab dick Dpm 34 HSC ERROR 23

    On our DPM 34 HSC we can't load the plate material. We went to put in a new roll and got this error PCC event #6040
    Internal Error, Please Retry Job.
    Error = 23 Input roller close failed.

    It appears that the rollers are closing but it will not load the plate material.
    When going into diagnostics we can feed the plate material in. But the system still has the error and we cannot print plates.
