AB DICK 9910 XCD feeding issue

    The 9910 I have will not stop feeding paper. the feed lever is off and the vaccum will not cut off. running or cranking the hand wheel manually it picks up paper all the time. only way to stop is to shut off the pump switch. control lever is in the off position also. Any ideas?
