AB Dick 9840 trigger issues

Hi,

I am having a problem on my AB Dick 9840, where if i press the impression trip manually while the press isn't running the solenoid in the back activates, however if the press is running, the same trigger doesn't do anything and the solenoid just plays dead therefore never activating the impression.

We have readjusted the timing and been trying to fix it for quite some time now

I have read on the forum that some people have had problems where the press is stuck on, but not stuck off.

Loosen that screw a bit that holds down the trigger device. Listen for the relay click to know if you have it correct.
