Hello Guys,

I'm dealing with a PM 74-P02, that were mobilized for a while duo to a pressure issue & absence of spare parts. Latterly & when the client received a great set of Spare parts, they tried to fix It & They encounter a new problem that it stops any POST progress after showing up the Heidelberg Logo with CP Tronic on the display, Heidelberg on the side panel display. and that's all!

Since the PM was off for long time, they replaced The ZS2K, NTM, the processor Board & the AWK board too, nothing changed.

NB: The power outputs are good (5v & 24V)? the Lithium battery is 3V measuring, No unexpected Noise; just the fans!

If someone can help that will be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

  • Thank you MeMo for your appreciated,
    Yes, I did-It but nothing!
for farther symptoms: When starting the EWA lights on the RED left LED which remains ON, on ZS2K a three tiny leds row light shortly then, a RED-left position lights on for about 20SEC, then flashes before it goes off. No noise except the Fans' one.

    Best regards

This looks like is power down during start-up.
Check the voltage directly in ZSK2. Is there 5 volts? In the white plug?
Sometimes you get a big drop of voltage due to oxidation and bad contact on the white molex plugs.

    Thanks BEA,
    I'll check that & revert!
I remember checking the NTM outputs & confirming they are within the accepted ranges for both 5V & 24V

    Dear BEA,
I've found the 5V+ PFI measuring 0V on pin PIN 01/ZSK2 & even on pin 21/ NTM. I have changed the NTM board & nothing changed! Is-It normal ?

    Any advice will be appreciated

Thank you BEAutomation, the 5 V on pin 3 is coming to the ZSK2, yet the 5V+ PFI are delivering nothing. Hope someone who knows to confirme if that's normal status!

    Best rtegards
