Only on the operator side, 2 grippers tear the sheet but only 2 of the three gripper bars do this. I've replaced the gripper finger pin(s), adjusted the open/close timing of the fingers, hammer driven the gear side chain-drive gear pin, different settings on the gripper release adjustment at the end of the delivery, buckle adjusted up and down.
