About a week ago, we started losing pips on the older of our two presses. We have cleaned the pip clamp, replaced the cleaning station motor, replaced the charge roller, swapped the cleaning station with the working press as well as the charge roller. the pip is not coming out of the clamp. it is being pushed to the non operator side of the machine. we have a new pip clamp on the way but I'm looking for other ideas as we have rebuilt or swapped everything out that could possibly be changed, as well as going through 4 lots of pips, to find out what the problem is.

Is your problem resolved? It's most likely your clamp. It could get weak on one side forcing it to go the other direction.

We had this problem also. A new pip clamp cured it. Make sure the FSE changes the pip clamp for you as it is a bit tricky to remove.

if you are still having issues, check the IO flow. i went through i couple clamps but the real issue is the flow calibration
