700dcp error 041-347

    Hi, I have a Xerox 700dcp.
    I got a error that I can't get rid of and can't find anywhere (#041-347).
    It starts printing for a few minutes, then stops with error.
    Any ideas what's going on and how to fix?

    You have serial communication problem between PH Drive and MCU Board
    Please check the connection plug and Jack on each and clean.
