7000 not accepting consumables numbers

7000 will no longer accept any consumable numbers, scanned or typed in. Anybody run into this ? It says number is not valid and cannot be installed in this machine.
I have tried restoring from an old config, no change. I have tried new consumables, won’t accept them either.
Any thoughts welcome.

Yes. It happened with v15.2 press software version. It has 2 different plugins for this problem. Give you e-mail. We can try to do it.
