7000 Node UFIC 0 failed CAN bus

Getting this error code, and software wont load. Only power lights on the BDUs and DIC. I tried a different cable from the MCD (?) and it made no difference. I had to use a regular network cable, an RJ-48 wasnt available locally. Any thoughts other than the board is bad ? Thanks for your thoughts.
