5500 Stacker software bug.

Hi, new here. Been operating an HP indigo 5500 for 3 years now. Got support but cant seem to fix a bug in the stacker (unless we reinstall the rip)
So the stacker jogs every sheet on any job, setting stacker options does nothing on the rip (technician mode does not help) recovery from old backup helps for short time but the it starts jogging again.
any thoughts ?:confused:

    • We had to do the Win 7 upgrade as XP updates stopped. Was getting many small glitches with XP. BTW better to run always in tech mode unless you have another operator who is not really HP trained.
     
    We have pc upgrade planned, so ill stick to that i guess. Reinstall should fix it :)
    Always running tech mode, doesnt help.
