hi, ive just recently got a job on a 2002 528 after 18 years on Heidelberg.
ive noticed a problem in print length on the 3rd unit and the jobs that are been printed look poor quality regarding fit.
all the blankets and plates are packed the same, ive been told that there are some gauges that can be set for bearer pressure which may be effecting the length.
The dials to set the impressions are screwed so ive been setting the pressures by winding them all off each time then full turns on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These dials are extremely sensitive and do go bad. Pull one out and see if it doesn't go bat s**t in front of you. If it does not it is bad. I can send you one for free. I ended up with several by accident from a former press . My new press has none , I will sell them cheap. I don't remember the price from Komori but I think it was pretty pricy.
