Does it just say E4? Usually there is another number like E43, E42, which is Error2 or 3 on unit 4. At least thats how it is on a 3304, I know they are much different. Our Manual has some error codes in it.
What happens is that when it's ready to start printing it just doesn't do it. It shows error E4 and doesn't start working. We know it's an electric problem but since we don't have the electric diagram we have no idea what it may be or how to solve it.
The timing switch CS3 is not being inputted even though the main drive motor rotates. Adjust or replace CS3. Turns on at 65°, turns off at 140°. When CS3 turns on, LED IR4 on the I/O board lights up and IR5 goes off. CS3 is marked and looks at flags rotating just behind the degree wheel between units 1 and 2.
