i need some help with my printing.
I have a printing shop, but not a very qualified printer.
I have a lots of questions so please help me.
    Among the first questions:
    1) wich is the corect printing order? (KCMY, YMCK)
    2) wich is the right dampening solution? I use 3% fountain and 11% alcohol(IPA), recently i have been told to lower alcohol until 8,5%, and to pay attention to a 5,0 ph)

I would normally print KMCY, only changing for a specific job. I run alcohol free, but when i did use alcohol it was 3-5% fountain solution, and 8-10% IPA.
PH and Conductivity is important too.

I would not put the yellow down first due to tack and trapping issues. The only real reason that someone would run yellow first would be to keep the yellow in the duct cleaner, so basically they are lazy.

The sequence you are running is correct for four colour printing.

the YMCK is correct when you run 1 colour machine (wet on dry),the KCMY is correct with the 4 colour machine (wet on wet)

As KGM said, run your alcohol around 8%. I worked on one of these years ago and thought it was a nice little press. Incindently, I've just come accross a printer at work who ran a job YMCK but despite being in the company 9 years he isn't very experianced and looked shocked when I said the normal route is KCMY.

KCMY. All presses and shop conditions are different, I have trouble going below 10%.
