We had new Ryobi rollers put on our 3200 pcx. All rollers were set to spec. We are using same water fountain solution(mitsubishi) and same blk. ink(braden)
that we have used in the past. The print looks very nice and solid. The problem we are having is when the printed copy comes out, the paper has an upward curl.
That tells me I have to much water. I do not want to make an adjustment until I know for sure what adjustment to make and how much of an adjustment to make.
So, if there is anyone out there who knows the answer, I would appreciate hearing from you.

    Thanks,
    Picasso

Sometimes if you flip the paper over on the first pass, it will lay flatter without making any adjustments. The 3200presses are picky sometimes, and tricky to run some stocks. I would try this before turning screws.

    Hello Bill,

I appreciate your reply, and you are right, sometimes by turning the paper over it will flatten out. I should have gone into more detail
on how we tried to solve this problem. We did turn the stock over, we also tried different stock but it still curled upward when we ran it
through the press. I failed to mention that we have two metering rollers that we have a choice to use. Right now we are using the copper roller since the copper roller carries more dampening solution plus it seems to work better on our silver master paper plates and poly plates. We have tried the rilsan roller but it starts to scum up. I'm thinking my problem might be on the pressure adjustment knob to the metering roller. Do you know how to make that adjustment? Like I said in my intial problem I really don't want to make any adjustment until I know because the copies are coming out super sharp.

    thanks,
    Picasso
