Hopefully someone can help me out with this. Trying to feed 130lb cover has been a nightmare today. Super late or super early sheets. Cant feed more than a few at a time. Table suction maxxed, head suction at .2 bar and head blow at 1.

Feeder tapes are tight, forwarding wheels decent tension, brush wheels on to keep sheets from bouncing. Feeder pump has been serviced lately. These sheets will read -10 both sides at the feeder screen and ive checked feeder belt timing and they seem equal.

    Thanks in advance.

What do you mean 130lb? Thickness is what matters...

I would make sure static elimination is working. Make sure suckers are in good shape it is also critical that sheet is snapping past sheet separator spring and not hanging up feeder foot placement also

there is no static device on my 1998 306. so we ended up figuring it out, sort of. Turns out because we have about 50-60% of the recommended suction it is hard for the suckers to pick up a coated(with aqueous coating) sheet. So forwarding suckers would slip. We have decided now to only run 1 pass on thicker stocks with a coating application.

Check if there are black textile hoses (the original ones on the machine). If there are any on the feeder, replace them. They look solid but are leaking air (vacuum).
