Hello,

I am having trouble with our SM52. I slipped the suckers the other week on the chain and it was working perfectly before my week off the line on the control console said the papers were going in at perfect timing I had been running a job through without any issue. But on my week off it stopped working when I wasn't there. Now the press just stops within 5 to 30 seconds even on crawl with the feeder not engage also. It stops at about 217-220 degrees each time. I moved the front lays to be fully up, to about 207 degrees but still the press stops. Should there be a number change at around that degree mark on the ZSK? As atm nothing changes in that range while inching over. When the press does stop it stops when the front lays are up. I am wondering if the front lays have a sensor that is meant to trigger on ZSK bits. But currently nothing is changing. And if there is a sensor where is it located as I can't find anything for the front lays. I am still new to running this machine in depth, as I come from Web on a Goss Community.

Take a photo of errors screen and post here in the short term.make sure eyes at front lays are clean .
