We’re having some issues with feeding that we thank is related to the air cabinet.

In the cabinet is the main compressor and 2 turbine type blowers that have 2.5” hoses on them that run down to the bottom and connects to assuming some type of manifold. What’s the turbines supplying all the air for?

Our problem seems that we don’t have enough air blast at the back of the sheet to separate them, we thought that air was from the main compressor. Does the turbines contribute to the air?

    Thanks

It's not uncommon for hose to break at the manifold you need to go under catwalk and look at hoses coming out of the air cabinet they are marked for blast and suction refer to the manual.you may have leaks all along hose.

Thanks, I completely overlooked the delivery since I was focusing on the feeder.

Any idea what type of pressure or vacuum we should have at main compressor.

The vacuum compressor is used to supply the margin and the reception with blowing and suction air concerning the turbines, they are used to give an air cushion between the printing groups to avoid friction of the sheets
