Description
Heidelberg QMDI press is a fully automatic 4-color, sheet fed, waterless digital printing presses.
This press eliminates the expense of film, the making of plates and everything associated with off press imaging. Because there is no film, you save time, money and labor.

Digital files are imaged in register directly to a plate already mounted and advanced on each of the four plate cylinders on the press. The QMDI press can cost effectively print four-color process printing in quantities 500 to 25,000 up to a maximum image area of 13 by 17.75 inches at up to 10,000 impressions per hour. The Heidelberg QMDI press's digital technology in addition to its unique compact design, make it an ideal addition to any press room or small copy shop.

Maintenance Performed
Machine was regularly serviced and well kept.
There is no major damage or issues with the machine.

Condition: Beautiful press, well kept, and in great condition. Complete system ready to be put into operation on your floor. All lasers and diodes are in great shape, All rollers are in good working order, and the RIP system and console is working. The only thing noticeable is a small crack of the cover of the stream feeder which doesn't affect the machine at all, it is purely aesthetic.

(Optional Service Deinstall, Palletizing & Loading Service): Since this machine is heavy, it will require specialized handling, loading, and transport.
If you would like us to handle the deinstall, palletizing, and loading onto your truck or container, there will be an additional +$1850.00 fee which will include:

* Palletizing or Skid of Catwalks and Console
* Strapping and Wrapping of All Additional Items
* Professional Deinstallation
* Loading onto Transport

If you would like the main printing unit placed on a custom skid of 4x4's and 2x6's so it can be moved easier, please add +$125.00 for the cost of lumber and labor. Otherwise the main unit will be placed on two 4x4's which will allow it to be moved with a forklift. Do note the main unit weighs over 10,000 Lbs and a standard pallet jack (5000 - 6000 lb capacity) will not work. This unit must be side-loaded on a flatbed truck tarp wrapped or if being transported internationally, loaded directly into a container.

You may elect to waive this fee if you supply your own technician and/or rigging company and the sale will be considered Ex-Works.
