2 color offset press

hiedleberg QM 46/2 . you can get them dirt cheap ...IT is a breeze to wash up/color changes, and simple to run and maintain.

 

went and got some training from one press guy. did about two weeks. i was running jos of 50,000 impressions per day. long and tedious work.i had to stand and baby the press for 8 hours no breaks. i kinda like it. i am going to buy a royobi 3200 press. the hiedleberg QM 46/2 is beautiful. but i can maintain or start with that. i going to run two to 3 color invoice books. the royobi will allow me enough to start and get stock. thanks for all your help. i am going to look a programmable electric cutter also. need one of those. thanks again.

 

i talked to the press guy who is teaching me his assessment is i should start with a ab dick 365 cd. i have cash enough for that. do u u think its a good press for a rookie. its almost the same as the one i am learning from. it has chain delivery. standard dampening. whats your opinion.
