does anyone know how to prevent ink transferring off uncoated paper onto your hands? my printer has just suggested lamination which makes it a bit pointless using uncoated in the first place.

I'm looking for any tips on where to get 12" x 18" or 18" x 12" stock the most economically. Currently my most economical 12 x 18 paper is International Paper Accent Opaque Digital 24#/60# for $35.40 per thousand sheets. Anyone know of any 12 x 18 paper that is even more reasonable?
